My wife always loves to sniff out new Peruvian restaurants to try and in the tri-state area she swears by this place as her new favorite! I was pleasantly suprised how great our food was. Their seafood soup was amazing!!! Service was polite, friendly and fast and this will be our new favorite spot in the future

In the Lehigh Valley. Machu Picchu restaurant is one of the best Peruvian restaurants hands-down. The only problem is that their food finishes quickly. Because people are love that place. The place has real authentic little Peruvian restaurant with humble servants. They’re extremely nice owners. My suggestion is order in advance that you are coming in and this is what you want. Make sure you ask them if they have the particular item that you are going to order. Because it sells out.. I was a little disappointed this weekend because I went to go and pick up Papa a La huancaina And there was none left. so I canceled my entire order. That’s how good it is.

An absolutely delicious experience, filled with warmth, and authenticity. The service is exceptional and feels like home away from home, surrounded by locals. Every dish was excellent and the Ceviche to to die for! Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Oh and try the Peruvian Chicha Morada Drink! Sweet and refreshing!

First time here and we loved it. Casual, family atmosphere. Friendly staff. Amazing food. We ordered the seafood fried rice and the steak with green spaghetti. The steak was a generous T-Bone and it was cooked to perfection.

First time Peruvian here. I come from the south… NC/FL. I have to say I’m a little disappointed. I ordered; papa a la huancaina, arroz chaufa, anticuchos, caldo de gallina, alfajores, and chicha morada drink. The caldo de gallina was great! Included an egg and very nice size serving. Thhe alfajores dessert and the chicha drink were amazing! Thank you for this. However, the arroz chaufa was subpar. The traditional Peruvian arroz chaufa doesn’t contain bell peppers. Why would anyone add that? It makes it sweet and loses its essence. The Anticuchos were OKAY. The seasoning is a little off, and the potatoes need to be grilled a little bit. It needs to have that grilling crust. You can’t just boil a potatoe and put it there. It’s too soft. Now to finalize, and it hurts me to say this, but the papa a la huancaina from this restaurant— is the worst I have EVER had. Why did this taste like it was spoiled and sweet? Is American cheese being used to make this? Someone really needs to revise this papa a la huancaina because it’s really really bad. I would give it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the huancaina sauce. I took a picture of it and threw the whole thing away. (Actually had Yuca, not potatoes a la huancaina.) Ps. The green sauce and rocoto sauce are pretty good as well.

We stop in this place in November 11 and it’s was big mistake. We have 7 people with us and we all got sick from ceviche.I m staying in a bed 2 days already and I can’t eat anything. We try to call a couple times and talk to the owner but he is ignoring complaints 7 people who got sick after his restaurant. This place defiantly need sanitation officer, because it’s super dangerous to eat there. I would never recommend to any one stop there and eat poor quality food!

My wife and daughter was stop there with other tourists .We have spent over 150$ for food there and we all f them time on the way home we felt sick and thirsty. I even took a pills for nausea but it’s really didn’t help me.Next day our tour guide who took us there called and checked how we feeling and we really don’t feel good all day and stay home . I think was something wrong with fish dishes or chicken what I was oder . It’s really sad to say but this place not a good choice to visit for any one or if you have sensitive stomach. Not recommend for any one, specifically if you traveling.
